Depending on how you use ArtReveo, we may collect information including:

• Artist name and profile information
• Artist biography and profile image
• Artwork titles, descriptions, files, and categories
• Login and account-verification information
• Purchase and payment transaction information
• Stripe account and payout status information
• Purchase Inquiry messages
• Contact form submissions
• Legal agreement acceptance records
• Technical information such as request, device, browser, security, and usage data made available through our service providers

2. Payment Information

Payments and artist payouts are processed through Stripe.

ArtReveo may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, processing fees, customer information made available by Stripe, artist payout information, and other information necessary to operate paid reveals and artist payouts.

3. How We Use Information

ArtReveo may use information to:

• Create and manage artist accounts
• Authenticate users and send login codes
• Process paid artwork reveals
• Calculate and send artist earnings
• Provide optional artist support features
• Deliver Purchase Inquiries to artists
• Respond to Contact Us messages
• Store and deliver artwork securely
• Record acceptance of legal agreements
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Investigate technical or payment problems
• Maintain and improve ArtReveo
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Artist Artwork and Files

Artists may upload artwork and other content to ArtReveo.

Full artwork intended for paid reveals is stored using private storage infrastructure and is intended to remain unavailable to visitors until the applicable reveal requirements have been satisfied.

ArtReveo may process and store uploaded files as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and provide the service.

5. Cookies and Sessions

ArtReveo may use cookies or similar technical mechanisms that are necessary for account login, authentication, sessions, security, and core website functionality.

These technologies help keep artists signed in, protect accounts, and allow ArtReveo to recognize valid authenticated sessions.

6. Service Providers

ArtReveo uses third-party service providers to operate the platform.

These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services. They currently include services such as:

• Cloudflare for website hosting, database services, storage, security, and infrastructure
• Stripe for payment processing, artist onboarding, and payouts
• Resend for transactional email delivery

These providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

7. When Information May Be Shared

ArtReveo may share information when reasonably necessary with service providers that help operate the platform.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, legal process, court order, governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect ArtReveo, artists, customers, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.

Purchase Inquiry information may be shared with the artist to whom the inquiry is directed.

8. Sale of Personal Information

ArtReveo does not sell personal information for monetary compensation.

ArtReveo does not currently operate an advertising business based on selling users' personal information to advertisers.

9. Data Retention

ArtReveo may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain accounts, process transactions, maintain payment and legal records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and protect the platform.

Some transaction, payment, security, and legal acceptance records may need to be retained even after an account is closed.

10. Security

ArtReveo uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including access controls, private artwork storage, authentication, secure payment providers, and platform security services.

However, no website, database, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights concerning your personal information.

These may include rights to request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information.

ArtReveo may need to retain information where required or permitted for payment records, fraud prevention, legal compliance, disputes, security, or enforcement of agreements.

12. Children

ArtReveo's financial and artist-account features are intended for people who are at least 18 years old.

ArtReveo does not knowingly create artist accounts for children under 18.

13. External Transactions

ArtReveo may allow customers to contact artists through Purchase Inquiries.

If an artist and customer choose to communicate or complete an artwork sale outside ArtReveo, information exchanged directly between those parties is subject to their own handling and responsibilities.

14. Changes to This Policy

ArtReveo may update this Privacy Policy as the platform changes.

When material changes are made, the effective date shown above will be updated.
